Established in 1995, Bidara Camar Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian property development company incorporated under the Companies Act 1965. With nearly 30 years of experience in real estate and property development, we have collectively completed over 15,000 residential units, including bungalows, semi-detached houses, and terrace houses – each thoughtfully designed with quality, functionality, and long-term value in mind.

We are currently undertaking two residential projects in Negeri Sembilan, comprising 16 semi-detached houses and 29 terrace houses. In addition, we have an ongoing development in Labis, Johor, featuring 131 units, including 9 shop offices, 62 terrace houses, 2 semi-detached houses, 2 bungalows, and 56 affordable homes across low- and medium-cost categories — demonstrating our commitment to serving diverse market needs.

At Bidara Camar, our core mission is to deliver affordable, high-quality homes despite the challenges posed by rising construction and labour costs. Looking ahead, we are planning two new projects in Negeri Sembilan for 2025.
